Castleton House is an ideal location to explore Southern England being 35 minutes from both the cities of Salisbury and Bath, and if you’re travelling onto Cornwall we are just off the A303 and half way between London and the Cornish coast, there are many other places to visit if you wish to stay for a few days. We are just three miles from the National Trust’s wonderful garden at Stourhead and is a 20 minute drive from Longleat House and Safari Park.
If you are planning a cycling or walking holiday in Wiltshire then a stay here has the advantage of being in the centre of the village with pubs and restaurants just a short walk away. The house is situated in the heart of Mere, which is nestled in the Wiltshire/Dorset borders and close to Somerset. Gail and Peter enjoy welcoming guests into their comfortable family home which offers bed and breakfast accommodation with en-suite rooms. Twin, double and/or family rooms are available.
